KR examples: before vs. after coaching

These are real examples of individual Key Results (KR), which follows a weekly cadence. As part of our coaching practice, we guide the participants to think through and write their KR as clearly as possible. That is, quantifiable and measurable. The following table contracts the before vs. after coaching effort.

Note: These are not team Key Results, which usually spans a longer time period e.g. quarterly.
